准备清单：
1. 产品或服务、目标客户、销售渠道及进出口安排。
2. 股东身份、股权结构、资金计划与拟落地区域。
3. 办公、仓储或生产场地需求，签约前核实用途适配。
4. 请当地顾问书面列明登记及许可事项、文件要求、费用组成和持续合规责任。
注册完成不代表所有拟开展业务都已获准经营。具体路径、期限和费用，需结合行业及现行配套规定确认。

Define your proposed activities before incorporating in Vietnam. Article 8 of the Law on Investment 2025 addresses foreign-investor market access. Prepare an activity description, investor details, funding plan and premises requirements. Request an itemised scope covering applicable registrations, licences and ongoing obligations. Incorporation alone does not establish permission for every proposed activity. Confirm the requirements with a qualified local adviser.
