建屋发展局10月23日公布的2026年第3季最终数据：
- 转售价格指数202.5点（2009年第1季=100），比第2季的202.8点下跌0.1%
- 这是连续第3个季度下跌，第1季跌0.1%，第2季跌0.3%
- 第3季转售成交7645宗，比第2季的6396宗增加19.5%，比去年同期的7221宗多5.9%
- 私宅业主买组屋须等15个月的规定已在7月28日取消，HDB表示暂未看到这类买家明显增加
- 第3季获批出租组屋申请9381宗，比上季减少6.2%；季末出租中的组屋59378套
