ACRA举例：财年在2025年12月31日结束的私人公司，AGM要在2026年6月30日前召开，年报要在2026年7月31日前提交。财年在2025年6月30日结束的，AGM截止是2025年12月30日，年报截止是2026年1月30日。
常见的财年结束日有3月31日、6月30日、9月30日和12月31日。错过截止日期以后，就不能再更改财年结束日了。
